The Benefits of Having a Business Coach
Is a business coach right for you or someone you know?

What comes to mind when you think of a business coach?
Someone who gives you advice on your business strategies or finances?
Someone who helps you navigate your team relationships?
Someone who assists you in honing your skills to optimize your performance?
Someone who shows you how to manage your time and priorities better?
Someone who helps you set goals and holds you accountable to them?
Someone who guides you to you grow beyond just a business owner or manager into a true leader?
Someone to act as your sounding board, confidant, and trusted advisor?
Well, if you thought of any of these, you’d be right… but it doesn’t stop there.
As a FocalPoint business coach, I go beyond what you might immediately think business coaches do. My unique expertise and passion to help will ensure that you’ll be completely supported in both your business and your life.
FocalPoint Business Coaches
FocalPoint Business Coaching is an internationally recognized network of over 200 business coaches and trainers who work with entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives across the world to help enhance their businesses and their lives by leveraging the coaches’ business experience and our proven content.
The coaching techniques that I blend with my own expertise are derived from the world-famous business trainer and author, Brian Tracy. This is what sets me apart as a FocalPoint business coach.
The Difference Between a Coach and a Consultant
Business coaching is not consulting. Consultants pick your business apart bit by bit to find the answers to a specific problem; business coaches take a more holistic view and come in to ask the questions, the tough ones you haven’t thought of, and guide you to discovering the best answers for yourself. This is an important distinction.
A professional certified business coach is trained to get the best out of the people they work with. As you might imagine, coaching an already successful business owner or executive takes a structured, strategic, and respectful approach. Business coaching is a process based on making small, tactical, consistent changes over time, in order to drive long-term results.
Business coaching is also specifically designed to educate you, the client, so that you continue to use what you learn, well beyond when I’m no longer there.
How You Benefit
Regardless of the areas of your business you want support in, the results are the same for all of my clients. They learn more about themselves, their team, and their business, which improves both the success of their business and the quality of their personal and professional relationships.
You’ll transform into a stronger leader with improved business acumen, problem solving and critical thinking skills, and personal effectiveness.
